Addiction rarely impacts just one person—it can echo through a home with infidelity, shame, guilt, isolation, or hopelessness, often leaving people feeling alone in their pain. My approach is collaborative and respectful. You are the expert on your life, and there are no “bad parts” here. Together, we gently piece together the puzzle of your experiences to better understand the bigger picture & meaning behind what you’ve lived through. I also honor veterans & first responders I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and the family unit affected by trauma & relational wounds. I bring a trauma-informed lens to all my work. As a U.S. Army veteran, I’m attuned to issues like PTSD, anxiety, military sexual trauma. I use an integrative approach drawing from a blend of modalities shaping around each persons lived experience.
