Nyshedah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Morgan State University. She has 12+ years experience in various sectors such as hospitals, clinics, rehab programs and non-profit organizations helping individuals manage mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis and grief and loss. A major focus in her work has been working with mothers to manage anxiety and depression by developing healthy coping skills to reduce stress and prevent burnout.
