Our mission is to nurture healing and self-understanding within the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and marginalized communities by providing compassionate, affirming mental health care rooted in lived experience. We are committed to practicing through a lens of liberation, body positivity, and identity affirmation—creating safe, empowering spaces where every person can explore who they are, navigate change, and thrive in their authenticity. We offer an eclectic, individualized, and affirming approach to meet your unique needs. Our clinicians draw from modalities such as Client-Centered and collaborative therapy, LENS Neurofeedback, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, DBT, the Developmental Model for couples, IFS, and identity exploration across the spectrum, among others.
