I' am a compassionate and dedicated individual focused on breaking down the stigma on mental health and trauma. Aiding my clients getting them unstuck, and make lasting changes that will inspire them to create a life they love! I provide trauma-informed care ;a non-judgmental, client centered ,holistic approach to therapy. I have had extensive training and experience in the practice of mental health treatment and trauma recovery with children, Families and Adults since 2016. I tailor evidence-based treatment approaches to fit each individual meeting their goals, manage life stressors and reducing trauma symptoms.
