Next Adventure Counseling & Consulting provides anxiety therapy, depression counseling, couples therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and telehealth therapy for adults, teens, and families across Minnesota. Our licensed Minnesota therapists support clients navigating stress, burnout, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, and emotional overwhelm, using a collaborative, strengths-based approach.
