Next Chapter Counseling is a private practice run by Mara Capello, LICSW. Here I focus on Narrative Therapy to help those working through a history of trauma, addiction, depression, or anxiety. The ideal client for NCC is someone who wants to work on how the events in their past such as abuse, neglect and violence affect their future. Narrative work helps people to understand their own story and to work to find new narratives within their history so that they can change their lives going forward. As we work together we search for those stories that are important and valuable to you.
