We are a group practice north of boston offering in-person and telehealth therapy (including CBT, mindfulness, play, supportive therapy). We also offer comprehensive neuropsychological testing (ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD, C-PTSD, BPD, etc.). Our clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals. For children, we often incorporate play and creative techniques to help them express themselves and build coping skills. With teens and adults, we provide counseling, trauma recovery, relationship therapy to support emotional wellness and personal growth.
