My clients are engaged in the process of change. They're interested in exploring action steps in addressing depression or anxiety, improving relationships in their lives, or getting a better understanding of what they want. Clients I work with are from different cultural backgrounds and are looking for nuanced ways to integrate healthier ways of relating that are more in line with their values. They are resilient and seek to learn. I also provide EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Brainspotting for the treatment of trauma.
