As a Latina and South Asian woman, my goal is to heal intergenerational trauma by supporting clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD and other life challenges such as family and relationship issues. My approach focuses on helping you set healthy boundaries, reframe negative thought patterns, and challenge the inner narratives that tell you, 'You are not enough.' Together, we’ll uncover your strengths and cultivate self-compassion, inviting more gratitude, stillness, and clarity into your life.
