Hello and welcome! I am a licensed therapist providing counseling for children, teens, adults, families, and couples. I utilize trauma-informed practices and care for all clients, and enjoy working with a diverse set of clients. I have specific expertise and previous experiences working with individuals who have experienced sexual violence, are LGBTQ+, have childhood trauma, are neurodivergent, or exhibit PTSD symptoms. I also enjoy working with couples, and focus on creating an environment that fosters exploration of the relationship, intrinsic caring for the other, and navigating ways to lean into the relationship.
