Sometimes life catches us off guard, in relationships, within our family, due to loss or even behavior challenges with young ones. As a therapist my focus is on empowering individuals with a warm, non-judgmental approach. I like to create a space where clients have the freedom and safety to process their lived experiences. I hold my LAC (licensed associate counselor) in the state of New Jersey. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and a blend of other theoretical frameworks. I am comfortable working with all ages.
