Throughout my life, I have sought the kindness and understanding of others. I have experienced trauma, which has helped shape me into the person I am today. I understand the importance of feeling seen, heard, and understood, even by a stranger. To be human is to yearn for meaning and significance. Sometimes, it feels impossible to find this within ourselves without the extended hand of others. My passion lies in connecting with people and exploring the incredible potential of the mind, body, and soul. My goal is to assist others in finding and thriving in their own health and happiness. This is done by delving into the inner self and engaging with the different parts that hold the stories influencing our belief system. This approach can help with trauma, sex and intimacy, grief, and relationship issues, among other things.
