If you’ve found yourself here because you’ve been feeling alone and hopeless about your future, then you’ve come to the right place. I can offer you a space to deepen your understanding of yourself and get to the root of your problems in a safe and supportive environment. I help people living with borderline and other personality disorders, frequent relationship conflicts, and LGBTQ+ life experiences. The people who I work with have often tried other therapies such as CBT or supportive therapy. While many find that while therapy did help reduce some symptoms, it wasn't enough to change their internal conflict.
