While you may be in search of psychotherapy because something is troubling you, or there is a specific problem that you want help with, I consider it my duty to help you obtain more than that. I endeavor to help people achieve a life worth loving. One that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. I believe that all human beings can have such a life if given the tools and support they need and if they are properly motivated.
