I work with young adults navigating identity, relationships, academic or career pressure, and major life transitions, as well as older adults facing loss, health challenges, changing roles, and the desire to rediscover meaning. No matter your age or stage of life, you deserve a therapist who listens deeply and meets you exactly where you are. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I provide an affirming, safe, and empowering space for folx exploring their identity, processing coming-out experiences, navigating family dynamics, or managing the unique stressors we face. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years as a Special Education teacher, and I bring that insight, patience, and advocacy mindset into my clinical work. I understand the burnout, pressure, and emotional labor educators carry every day, especially those supporting diverse learners. I’m here for teachers who feel overworked, unseen, or stretched thin.
