Welcome! I’m really glad you’re here. I want to create a safe space where you can share your experiences without judgment. I am committed to supporting individuals from various walks of life including children, teens, and adults. I have experience and training to work with people who are in recovery from substance use and addiction (including alcohol, drugs, gambling, and pornography), and people who are dually diagnosed (simultaneous substance use/mental health issues); with people who are struggling with trauma/PTSD; with people diagnosed with borderline personality disorder; and with people struggling with family relationships.
