Careful listening and energetic, purposeful interaction are central in my method of treatment. Reducing anxiety, depression and difficulties in relationships and careers are crucial and worthwhile goals in my work as a psychotherapist. In the course of over 40 years of experience it has become my philosophy of psychotherapy that it is in the nature of relationships and careers to come to a crisis over time. Although the crisis invaribly leads to conflicts and is therefore anxiety producing, it is also an opportunity to work through issues to achieve insight and personal transformation.
