I have always considered myself to be a good listener, someone people feel comfortable with when sharing worries, fears, and concerns. When deciding on a career path, I always knew working interpersonally with people was where I felt most confident. My training was focused on childhood trauma, and have translated that knowledge into working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and substance abuse issues. I love working with clients hoping to gain insight and build on motivation to improve various areas of their life and functioning.
