I offer clients the opportunity to collaboratively examine their current lives, identify what is and is not working, and explore how things can change. We will bring the things just outside of awareness into focus and examine how they are perpetuating the patterns that are keeping you from living the life that you want. By doing so we can begin to change how you relate to yourself and others and eventually create change.
