I help clients to improve their sense of identity, personal values, and meaningful relationships. I use a collaborative process to assist clients navigate uncertain life transitions, find healing and pursue self-actualization. My approach is Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused models and Narrative Therapy based. Additionally, my therapeutic style is informed by my experiences as a first generation college graduate and son of a single-parent immigrant. These experiences have exposed me to diverse ethnic, educational, gender, socioeconomic, urban and rural groups.
