My name is Nichole and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting children, families, couples, and adult individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. I integrate EMDR, IFS, DBT, and ACT into my practice, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I also love incorporating art and games in the therapy room, creating a dynamic and engaging space for exploration and self-expression. With experience in treating co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other mood disorders, I strive to provide a compassionate, evidence-based, and creative approach to therapy.
