Hello my name is Nichole! I strive to serve clients from all backgrounds, using a holistic approach that focuses on client empowerment and healing. I have a personal story of grief and loss, which drives me to instill hope in others who are facing similar situations. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I provide compassionate care for clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. I believe in the use of psychoeducation to help clients understand their own journey of recovery so treatment planning can be a collaborative process.
