I use a strengths-based approach and EMDR to treat and heal; trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, dissociation, substance use, pain, grief and loss. I offer a safe space for individuals to share and explore symptoms and personal goals. I want my clients to be able to trust themselves and learn to ride the waves of life with more confidence and strength. I want clients to feel they are making progress.
