About

I am an Army Veteran, Martial artist, and Holistic Psychotherapist. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Counseling from PLNU and have experience working with adults suffering from complex psychiatric disorders including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD, anxiety and much more. My time in the military allowed me to grow in many ways that contribute to who I am today. My service as an Army Airborne Infantryman also impacted me in ways I wasn’t prepared for, which sent me on a quest for answers and further self-development. In my search for understanding I found different ways to heal and grow which I utilize in therapy. I am passionate about helping veterans, athletes, and others who are motivated to heal and change. Whether that journey began through the military, athletics, plant medicines, the loss of a loved one, or from other life experiences, I believe I can be a supportive guide to help you create meaning and integrate those and future experiences.
