Therapy is about healing. It's about bringing careful attention to emotional wounds (both old and new) and working with the difficult mental/emotional patterns that interfere with our ability to be healthy and happy. In my practice, I create a client-centered, safe, and confidential environment that makes this work both possible and rewarding. I participate fully in the client's process, holding the space that can allow healing to occur. Most would describe my style as interactive and relational. Depending on the client and presenting need, my treatment modality ranges between Cognitive-Behavioral, mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic.
