Chances are it is a tough time if you are reading my bio. As someone who is personally familiar with loss, anxiety, or even depression, I very likely have a strong sense for what you are going through. I know life can be truly overwhelming at times. And, that it can be all too easy to find ourselves stuck in destructive patterns that leave us feeling ashamed and embarrassed, which is especially painful when we want so much more from life. It can be really hard to find hope and life-giving guidance to emerge from tough times stronger and healthier than you've ever been before. It can feel like clarity is an impossible dream.
