Life…can be weird, messy, confusing, frustrating. Modern science, in many ways, has presented us a “dead world” of pure materialism, a world void of mystery or magic. If what we see is what we get, if there is nothing else, what is the point of all this suffering? These are the questions so many of us have. And yet...an inner voice calls from the depths, telling us that the mystery is real, that there is something more. I believe self-work is soul work. In fact, the etymology of “psychology” comes from the Greek “psyche” and “logos” meaning, “the science of the soul”.
