About

If you're reading this, you're likely worried about your son — maybe he's struggling to focus, manage big emotions, or keep up with daily routines. Parenting a neurodivergent teen can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying your best and still not seeing progress. You're not alone, and your family doesn't have to go through this without support. I offer a calm, judgment-free space where movement, creativity, and connection (without pressure) help teens feel safe enough to grow. If you're ready to take the first step towards support that meets your son where he is, reach out. I'd be honored to walk alongside your family. I encourage my adolescent clients to meet with me outside of the office setting and engage in movement. This does 3 things that are great for therapy: (1) regulates the nervous system, (2) improves attention, (3) avoids eye contact, which reduces anxiety, frees up cognitive resources for processing emotions, and encourages authentic expression.
