Welcome! I help people meet the places in themselves that can feel stuck, limiting, or hurting with gentleness, heart, and mindfulness. In order to adapt to this wild world, we all had to creatively learn how to meet our needs and protect our vulnerable hearts. Most of the time, these creative adaptations become outdated and we find ourselves feeling hedged in by our own old habitual patterns of relating to ourselves, the people in our lives, and the world around us. I work with my clients to bring mindfulness, compassion, curiosity, radical acceptance, and a sense of humor into the places that need company, care, and support.
