I am a therapist who specializes in trauma-informed care, and my personal journey deeply informs my approach to supporting others. As a Black American adopted into a multiracial family in Canada, I have a unique understanding of identity, belonging, and trauma. I truly believe that each person’s story is different, and I am here to listen and walk alongside you on your path to healing. I know the challenges of navigating life’s complexities, and I am committed to offering a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your experiences, grow, and ultimately thrive. I use psychodynamic and client-centered approaches tailored to each individual, integrating creative methods like art to support healing and growth. I am a Level 1 trained Gottman Therapist and use this modality in couples therapy to strengthen communication, trust, and emotional connection.
