Are you noticing feeling stuck in cycles of lack of motivation and anxiety? Are you feeling burnt out? Have you tried different things to help and are finding this dip in your life hard to overcome? My style of therapy includes EMDR, motivational interviewing, parts work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I enjoy working with adults, couples and teenagers who have experienced symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma, and perfectionism. I enjoy helping people create healthy habits and building mastery of new skills to create a more fulfilling life.
