I am passionate about helping people build their sense of self, develop their skills and talents, and improve their quality of life. Relationships can be joyous and challenging at the same time. I meet clients where they are on their journey and travel alongside them. With empathy and understanding, I hope to build a cooperative therapeutic relationship. My clinical experience includes offering holistic therapy to children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, and neurodiversity.
