My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with adolescents, parents, young adults, and adults navigating stress, life transitions, and the pressure to “have it all figured out.” Therapy is a place to slow down, process life’s challenges, and build practical coping skills to feel more grounded and resilient. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to help clients find balance and reconnect with what truly brings them joy.
