I am dedicated to helping individuals; children, youth, adults and elders, find more fulfillment and ease in their lives. You may have feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, or sadness or loss. These low points can be scary and painful, but they can also be incredible opportunities for growth and healing. Having support at these times can be very valuable. I also have extensive experience working with individuals, children through adults, to support healing through grief. I will help you feel safe and supported as we do this work together. Everyone has a story that is unfolding and together we will tend to the parts that need attention.
