Hi! My name is Nicole Carter and I support teens and adults who are invested in their journey towards personal growth and developing stronger interpersonal relationships. I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for teens and adults who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions and social pressures. This often takes the form of anxiety, depression, stress, and eating disorders.
