I am a licensed Mental Health Provider in New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania with 17 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping adolescents and adults with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and depression. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change and I am here to support and empower you in that journey. In our first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy, some things that you have tried in the past that worked well and things that didn't go so well, along with a short questionnaire for me to gather some insight into your background and to help to get to know you more.
