I specialize in helping adults, adolescents, and children ages 6 and up address the root causes of their challenges to create lasting, meaningful change. Guided by curiosity, compassion, and connection, I co-create a safe and nurturing space for healing. I integrate best practice therapies into a holistic approach that goes beyond the limits of traditional talk therapy and taps into your brain and body’s innate ability to heal. In addition to my clinical practice, I am dedicated to advancing trauma-informed mental health care by providing clinical supervision and consultation, professional training, and teaching social work courses at both the bachelor’s and master’s levels.
