About
As a Licensed Professional Counselor I strongly believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client is one of the cornerstones of a successful experience in therapy. That is why I strive to provide a safe space to share emotions and thoughts without fear of judgment. My passion is in facilitating personal growth and assisting individuals and families in overcoming challenging obstacles that arise in life. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in a Partial Hospital Program, Intensive Outpatient Program and a school-based therapy setting. I provide an integrated approach to counseling incorporating aspects of Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. It is my goal to provide clients with the tools they need to develop increased insight, cope with stressors, and problem-solve independently.
