I am a marriage and family therapist, drama therapist, and AAMFT approved supervisor. I specialize in creative approaches to treatment for individuals and couples. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal oneself and overcome life's challenges through accessing inner sources of vitality and creativity. Therapy is the space that allows the cultivation of those inner resources in order to discover new ideas, realities, strengths, flexibility and move toward greater health, happiness, and well-being. With this philosophy in mind, I blend talk therapy approaches with drama therapy techniques (rehearsal, role-play, sound & movement), as well as mindfulness meditation to offer comprehensive treatment options for clients. I guide couples through improving their communication skills to strengthen their trust and minimize conflict.
