I utilize many modalities and work with you to find the best fit for each individual. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Task-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed CBT, and more. I provide virtual Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to some clients.
