Nicole uses an integrative approach to therapy, blending styles in a way that accommodates the unique needs of each individual. She is a certified Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional and also certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and enjoys encorporating its modalities into therapy when appropriate (mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness). Nicole has a deep understanding of school issues, special education, behavior analysis and interventions, self-concept, parent-coaching, girl-issues, ADHD, ASD and improving overall social, emotional and behavioral functioning.
