A successful therapeutic relationship is based on trust, teamwork, compassion and empathy. I work attentively with couples or individuals in realizing their potential for positive change, and to help empower them to meet their therapeutic goals. I am comfortable using a variety of interventions that is tailored to meet each client's specific needs. When working with couples I help them navigate issues such as infidelity, trust, family of origin, stress, adjustment to marriage and financial problems. I also guide adult individuals in their journey to manage post-divorce/relationship, mood disorders and anxiety. My work with adolescents often centers around body image issues, social and school stress.
