I am a licensed mental health counselor with 17 years in the field. I have worked with clients from as young as 3 to the elderly, in areas such as addiction, anxiety, depression, boundaries, family communication, and bipolar disorder. I also have a specialty in trauma. I believe in giving people practical tools within the first couple of sessions that can help you start to feel better right away. We will learn the skills in session and then practice them together, so you can confidently take them away with you as homework to start to reduce your distress! I will always work together with my clients to develop goals that are manageable, achievable, and client specific.
