Hi! I am Nicole French. I have been a counselor for the last 15 years and have worked with some of the most diverse clients helping them to find a path toward health and mental wellness. For some this has looked like freeing themselves from old hurts, finding value in themselves again or possibly for the first time, setting healthy boundaries in various types of relationships, learning skills to manage specific symptoms like anxiety or depression, and building achievable goals in all areas of their lives.
