I work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from POC and LGBTQ+ communities, as well as those who have experienced relational trauma, childhood emotional neglect, or adverse childhood experiences. My practice also extends to families and parents committed to mending relationships with their children. Our collaborative goals encompass: -Identifying stressors and barriers within the family system. -Understanding and addressing each individual's needs within the family dynamic. -Developing direct and effective communication skills. -Resolving intrusive thoughts and healing relational wounds stemming from past experiences. We work collaboratively to identify maladaptive behavioral patterns (unwanted behaviors) that have developed in response to a history of trauma, relational trauma, exposure to traumatic events, or any form of perceived harm.
