My name is Nicole Hayes, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Bay Area, California, and working with clients across the state via Telehealth. I work with a broad range of individuals from children to adults and specialize in anxiety, autism, depression, impulse control disorders, PTSD, and relationship issues, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. My approach is client-centered, focusing on transformative conversations through a person-centered and humanistic lens.
