Making the decision to start or continue your journey of growth and recovery through work with a therapist is an incredibly brave decision. I am glad to be here to share with you in this walk on your path. I have had a large variety of experience working with others for over 17 years in a community mental health setting and 20 plus years of experience overall. I have provided services in schools, homes, offices and the community with children/adolescents, families, and individuals. I feel fortunate to be able to support others (you) in being your best selves. I have extensive experience in providing services for the treatment of anxiety and depression. I am passionate about supporting those experiencing the grief process—especially siblings. In our work together, I will use treatment modalities primarily rooted in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy).
