I love working with individuals from all backgrounds. As a liberation therapist I tend to work well with those exploring their identities, individuals that identify with having marginalized identities and those that may not have a lot of experience with therapy. I enjoy supporting others in building a connection between their mind and body as a resource and way of knowing in life. I am systems focused and social justice oriented which creates space to explore how our culture, society and identities shape and impact our mental health. I am welcoming of all genders, sexual orientations, cultures and ways of being.
