Her main focus is helping individuals overcome obstacles due to anxiety, depression, and heal from past trauma. She uses mindfulness, compassion focused therapy (CFT), and trauma informed care within her treatment. Nicole takes a strength-based approach, supporting individuals while they work on their healing.
