I have more than two decades of experience working in various healing and teaching capacities with highly diverse populations of adults, children and families. I have formal training in EMDR (EMDRIA-approved), Brainspotting (Phases 1-5), Parts Work, Somatic Work, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, ADOS-2 Autism Assessment, and I am Certified in Hypnotherapy.
